Clicking sounds from Lap Top Sony Vaio

Iam having a problem since installing updates , there is a clicking sound
like I am clicking the mouse and it will also cause the page to change to the
previous page etc. I have ran my anti virus and there seems to be nothing
there. The clicking seemes to be about every 45-50 seconds apart ... some on
please help..
