Clie PEG-SJ22

I try to install my software for my handheld Clie after upgrading to Windows
XP Pro and every time I put the disc in the drive to install I get this
message.
C;\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXE.NT.
The system is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
apllication.
Can someone help me please.
