Client failed to communicate with WSUS server

WSUS 3.0 has been working wonderfully except for a couple of the
workstations. I have verified that they received the AU GPO but they failed
to report to WSUS server.

From the WindowsUpdate.log, I am seeing the following error "Shutdwn FATAL:
WUAutoUpdateAtShutdown failed, hr=8024A000:".
