Client no in AD

Hi All,

I have installed WSUS in 2003 server doamin controller. My office
client machines are login to domain and all these machines are able to
get update from WSUS.
Here is my question, i have some special machines are not joining to
domain, which mean not in AD. These special machines will not able to
get update from WSUS. Can a non AD client pull critical update from
WSUS? I did add some entry to registry and still fail.
I would appreciate if someone can help me. Thanks

Hi,

Yes, a non AD client can get updates from a WSUS server that is
in an AD domain.

If you still are not able to make it work, I suggest you post the
registry values you have to the newsgroup dedicated to WSUS:

microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services
