Clients can't updates from SUS server

Hi folks,

I am trying to configure clients to get updates from SUS server (named
point02 and running Win 2003 server) in a lap environment for the first
time. Non of the clients can get updates from the server although they point
to it. Here is Windowsupdate log taken from one client.
Could you please help on this?

If this key does not exist or is not set to 1, then the v5 client appears
to use Windowsupdate instead of SUS
