Clients detected but updates are not downloaded

I have Win XP SP2 machines that can detect WSUS server and initially
downloaded the updates BUT the remaining updates are not yet installed. The
Updates are approved already. I don't understand why it won't download and
install the remaining updates. I have forced a detection and it can detect
the server. I check the log, it seems everything is ok - no errors.

How can I make the clients install the remaining Needed Updates?
