Clients not answering to SUS or WUS

I am running a Windows Update Service server and certain Windows 2000 clients
will not respond..i.e. they wont recieve the updates. Is there somewhere you
can re-install the Automatic Updates client?

I am sorry you are hitting this issue. Are you certain you need a new
Automatic Updates client? Do you mean automatic updates service? Verify
these are running:

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type services.msc <Enter>
4. Click OK or type the <Enter> key
5. In the Services window, look for Background Intelligent Transfer Service
6. Double-click on Background Intelligent Transfer Service
7. In the middle of the Properties window, make sure the Startup type is set
to "Manual" or "Automatic"
8. Just below the Startup type, verify that the Service status is set to
"Started"
9. If it is not, click the Start button, and wait for the service to start.
Verify this starts.
10. Close the Properties window
11. Repeat steps 5-9 with the Automatic Updates service, but make sure this
is set to "Automatic"
12. Close the Services window
13. Try updating one of these clients again with Windows Update.
14. Try updating the client with the WUS server.
