Clients in a WSUS environment pointing to microsoft

I have a number of machines where the users are rarely in the office.
I have a WSUS environment running fine. Could someone point me to some
documentation where i could just point this 1 OU of machines to look to
microsoft for the updates.

Also, is it possible to have the machines point to microsoft but still
have the patch management be handled by WSUS. I know that his can be
changed on the WSUS server settings but i don't want to change it there
I just want it for this OU
