Clone a Windows Vista Image

Hi, our company uses Sysprep before cloning an windows xp image ( e.g.
Ghost ) before, and now planning to upgrade to windows vista,

so have several questions:

1. how should we do if we wanna make an windows vista Ghost Image ? ( same
as XP ? )

2. which Ghost Version should we use in order to clone windows vista ? (
which Ghost version starting support Vista ? )

3. how to use Sysprep in windows vista ?

4. can those cloned Vista get Windows update ?

5. can all pc use a same cd-key ( volume licence key ) ?

thanks, it seems we can clone the vista image without using Ghost ...
