close web page and restart program

Hi all,

I have a problem since about a couple of weeks. Everytime I close a web page
the laptop freezes for a few seconds and then it closes all the related pages
restarting explorer. I tried to format the hd twice, to change antivirus and
internet protection and I did several virus scans to try and find something
wrong. I also tried to find a solution directly from "Problems Report and
Solution" but I found nothing. Unfortunely I'm not very smart with computers.
Is there anyone that can help me and knows something about this?

Probably an IE7 add-on.

Disable all IE add-ons and then add them back one by one until you find the
problem.

(Menu -- Alt key if not visible > Tools > Manage Add-ons.)
