Closed Caption flickers

I just installed windows 7 - 64 bit. The screen flickers when I play a DVD
and turn on the closed captioning. Did not occur in Vista.

I downloaded the latest driver for my video card - NVidia GeForce
7150M/nForce 630M.

Do the newer drivers now available fix this? Generally that should be due
to video card issues as opposed to anything within the player.
