closing/finalizing cd buring process after burning?

I just used the Vista default cd burner. After copying four
files, I can find no way of "closing/finalizing" the CD It
seems to remain "open" as if I was burning a dvd r/w. How
does one finalize the copying/burning process with the Vista
CD maker?
