CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_UPGRADE_DLL control code

Hi All!
Iâ€™m using the CLUSCTL_RESOURCE_UPGRADE_DLL control code to upgrade my
resource DLL. The problem is that I see all the cluster resources going
offline for some seconds while issuing the upgrade of my resource dll.
Is it normal or do I miss something?
Is it possible to avoid that behavior?
