cluster /list error System error 51 0x00000033

when i run the command cluster /list i get the following error:

System error 51 has occurred (0x00000033).
Windows cannot find the network path. Verify that the network path is
correct an
d the destination computer is not busy or turned off. If Windows still
cannot fi
nd the network path, contact your network administrator.


Please advice on this error
