what is the maximum number of resources that i can create in a cluster and /
or cluster group???

There is no hardcoded limit in the cluster.

That's not entirely accurate. What version of the O/S are you running? If
you're using Windows 2003 or lower, there is a limit of 1674 resources for
the entire cluster.

In Windows 2008, Vlad is correct that there is no hardcoded limit.
