Cmd line keeps popping up

Hello there

I have windows vista home premium edition and today when I switched the computer on a cmd line started popping up and it never stops popping. It goes so fast I can't read what it says. I already restarted the computer several times, but nothing changed. After a while it starts popping and doesn't stop anymore. It makes it very difficult to use other programs, Can you please help me?
