CMI 8738 (soundcard)

Has anyone managed to get a CMI8738 soundcard working on vista 64? I had the
same problem when testing xp 64 of not being able to get a driver that
works.. It's a pretty common soundcard so I don't see why a working driver
for this is so hard to come accross ><
