cnt creat email account

hi,

im having a hard time creating an account here in windows mail...could
u pls help me creat an account. i tried to creat an account and here is the
error that i get.

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Assuming you want gmail in Windows Mail, the following link will lead you
setting it up.
Just one thing, for reason I have never been able to understand, when you
come to entering your e-mail address, enter a FAKE address.
After account set up is completed, and the system says it is done, go back
to that step and change it to the REAL one.

POP3 is not a valid server name, follow all the instructions here, including
enable POP on your account:
