code 646 in windows update

I keep getting a failure to windows update on these three items:
Security Update for Microsoft Excel 2002 (KB946976)
Security Update for Office XP (KB921567)
Security Update for Word 2002 (KB942670)

I dont know if this helps but my operating system is Vista...how can resolve
this problem?
