Code 8007000B

i am trying to help my friend with her pc and keep getting this error code
and I also cannot get disk defrag to open....she has windows vista, i am used
to xp...HELP

How does the problem/error pertain to Windows Update, Dawn (i.e., an update
fails to install and a 0x8007000b error is displayed)?

Error message when you try to install updates on a Windows Vista-based
computer by using Windows Update or when you try to perform a backup: "Code
