Code 80070103

I can not instal Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Audio - Realtek High
Definition Audio. After I've installer Windows Vista Service Pack, my audio
suddenly stopped working. I've been trying to install this update, but it
keeps telling me that there is an error with the code 80070103.

Could anyone tell me what to do?

2. You experience problems with sound after you install Windows Vista
Service Pack 1

You receive error 0x80070103 when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft
Update Web sites to install updates

The driver you are trying to install is already installed or the driver that
you're trying to install is an older driver than the one you have already.
All drivers should be obtained from the manufacturer's site rather than from
Windows Update.
