okay so i just had this same error on windows 7 and the problem seems
to be that a full install of Microsoft office was not done due to
clicking the recommended install button....if this was the case you have
to reinsert the install disk or install location (IE. external hard
drive/flash drive) so windows update can access the files on the disk to
implement the updates
so if this error occurs for anyone else just simply either reinstall
Microsoft office or insert the install disk into the CD tray
this error also included errors simila to "WindowsUpdate_dt000" or
"WindowsUpdate_0000091A"
