codee@sympatico.ca won't download folders from server??

Hi
My e-mail account won't let me download e-mail folders
from the server on Windows Live Mail.
It appears dim and unclickable when the drop menu appears when i right click
on my e-mail name.

All Help would be much appreciated, this will determined if i continue on
using Windows Live Mail
