Collapse child domain into parent domain

I currently have a windows 2k3 forest that has one parent and two child
domains. The parent domains runs Exchange 2003. I also have an exchange
server in one of the child domains.

What steps/tools do I take to collapse the two child domains into the parent
domain?

Look for and use ADMT from MS.
