You should have an error, event ID# logged in the event viewer
%SystemRoot%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s

(Hope you've done virus and adware scans on the computer)

yes had alot of com+ errors but have it fixed now, I had made a slipstreamed
cd and used it to restore component services, have everything working now
