COM Interface General Error

I'm having trouble on a single computer getting the WLM COM interface to
work, I've used it on this computer before, but since a re-install of Windows
XP, it's not functioning at all. Are there any dependancies that I should be
aware of. The software I am using which utilises the COM interface is written
by me and I have tested it on another computer running the same OS and
version of WLM with perfect results.

If anyone could give me some idea of why the COM interface
(Messenger.UIAutomation.1) isn't working on this computer, I would greatly
appreciate it!

Is Windows Messenger (not Live) installed on this PC too? If not, grab and install from here

I installed it with the link you provided and I then tested it with no
success, I tried re-installing WLM, but again, no success.

Any other ideas?
