COM+ Setup Error ?

I am back to starting my XP Pro reinstall/repair from the beginning. This
so I can document everything.

Every time I reinstall/repair I get this error:

COM+ Setup Error
Sub-component COM+ raised an exception while processing the
OC_COMPLETE_INSTALLATION setup message.
d:\nt\com\comlx\src\conplussetup\comsetupc\setuput il.cpp (line 3406)
Error Code=0x8007007f
The specified procedure could not be found.
Failed to load the library 'C:\windows\system32\catsrv.dll'

What is this? In my C:\windows\system32\ folder I find:

catsrv(3).dll 225KB 8/4/2004 2:56 AM
catsrv.dll 221KB 7/25/2005 11:39 PM

Hi Don,
Were you successful in solving this? I seem to have found the same problem.

Try registering that module? E.g. Run... (press Win-R and enter

regsvr32 catsrv.dll

If it fails you may need to redo that command under DependencyWalker's
Profiler. It could mean that instead of that module being the problem
there would be a dependent module which is causing the symptom.

Good luck
