COM Surrogate..... AGAIN

Hey guys!
Another problem here: When I first got my Vista PC, I went online for
a tutorial to disable that COM surrogate error. It worked, but now all
of a sudden... it's back! Doing the same technique that I did the
previous time did not work. Below are the error details.

uninstall Cinemaster.
