Coming out of sleep mode

Whenever my PC comes out of sleep mode, I get the blue screen and the PC
reboots. I'm running Vista Home Premium and this PC is only a few weeks old.

So what is the error message? That should give essential details that will
help troubleshoot and solve the problem.
