Coming out of sleep mode

When coming out of sleep mode my mouse and sometimes by keyboard become
unresponsive. I have to unplug my mouse and replug it back into USB for it
to work again. I am running 5728 x86. Despite that problem, everything else
works fine. Any thoughts?
