"Command" Function for Speech Recognition.

Sometimes when I am using speech recognition and I want to imput a command it
recognises it as dictation instead. So I suggest anything followed by the
word "command" in a dictation should be recognised as a command. To imput the
word command as a dictation simply say "command" twice.
