Command line conversion to Microsoft Update

We have many servers that are in many locations. We want to convert them to
Microsoft Update but logging into each one to convert them is not feasible.
We can, however, run scripts or batch files on each relatively easy via a
monitoring system. Does anyone know if there is a way to convert to
Microsoft Update using scripts or batch?
