No one likely has any idea what you are speaking of. This is a newsgroup.
The 'comment on others profiles' suggests you are using a web-interface
version of the newsgroups - of which there are many.

Either start using the actual newsgroups through a news reader or utilize
the help system of whatever web interface/synchronizing forum you might be
using to get help with their issues.

If it is the Microsoft web interface for these newsgroups... My condolences.
