Comp won't restart correctly....

... it goes through the motions and all my peripherals power down, but
have to use the power button in order to get it to actually turn off
Everything's good when i power back on though.. just as if it ha
restarted normally

it's not that big of a deal, just annoying. so, any help would b
greatly appreciated*
