Companyweb Doesn't work

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and still the companyweb will not work. I
have tried the removal as stated in a KB article and also cleared my temp
and re-register a dll as some have stated in other posts. Still nothing. The
one thing that keeps happening on the uninstall and the reinstall is that I
get an error stating that a distribution group could not be created. Its
also states to open up AD and make sure you can create a distribution group.
I can, but I still get the error. Has anyone come across this and fixed it?

well, reinstalled again. Still nothing. I believe I solved the error though.
But the blasted company web will NOT work. What is wrong with this thing.

FIXED.
Turns out that it was .NET Framework 2.0 that was causing the problem.
Uninstalled that then did the reinstall routine and got it working.
