I have an HP computer with windows vista and media center on it. I bought a
tuner card but it is not compatible with media center. I would really like to
use media center, does anyone know of any compatible cards?

Analogue or digital?

If digital, DVB-T or ATSC? (Where do you live?)

Single tuner, or twin?

Any card with BDA drivers will work, and will be advertised as such.

If you have a cable box, AFAIK, the only way you can change channel would be
with the decoder box.

Something from the Hauppauge range would be a safe bet, and you will not
need a digital card, or a dual tuner one. Get one with BDA drivers and (for
analogue) a hardware MPEG encoder chip, for Media Centre compatibility.
