Complementary Recycling Icons

Currently I have an empty glass for the EMPTY recycling bin icon and a full
waste paper bin for the FULL recycling bin icon. What I want is the empty
paper bin for the EMPTY icon to complement te full paper bin. Simple request,
but not possible when I follow the standard path to replace desktop icons.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

1. Open Vista's Help and Support
2. In the search box type: Recycle Bin
3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
4. Click on "Change How the Recycle Bin Looks"
5. Follow the instructions.

This will show you how to change the Recycle Bin icon (Desktop Icon) to
whatever you want it to be.
