Complete PC Backup - Not Recognized .vhd OK

Hi...

I have a problem and will PAY anyone who helps me out of it! It i
getting pretty bad

I used Windows Complete Backup... Several months ago one of the RAI
volumes was showing issues.... I reformatted the RAID, and was able t
restore the entire computer perfectly

NOW the same thing has happened. However, I tried to take anothe
COMPLETE PC BACKUP before the format to update it.. after 3 tried, i
failed to do the increment with an error message about a file not bein
specified

In any case, I did the format, thinking the COMPLETE backup would b
fine and restore the last good backup

NOW I find out that the Windows Recovery Enviornment does not see th
vhd files and backup at all...

I tried (after renaming WindowsiMage folder on my backup drive) t
reinstall the OS and then do a complete pc backup and restore. It wa
fine. Worked great

Therefore the issue is in the backup items... the 2 vhd's (there were
partitions) are FINE.... Im fact using the program winimage I can se
the files and everything

The reason it does not see the vhds to restore must have to do with a
issue either with the catalog files or the xml files

Does ANYONE know a way to make it work so I can do the restore??? I a
without the computer until this is done.. all the files and data are i
the vhds... but it is frustrating as it says it can not find a vali
backup upon booting into the Windows recovery Complete PC backup

If anyonje knows a way to fool the system somehow to I can restore th
images please let me know..... or at least a way to just restore on
(one was a dell recovery area)
