Complete PC Backup

I have tested the Complete PC Backup feature several times. It bombs out 75%
of the time. Has anyone experimented with this feature? What were your
results?

It has worked every time I used it on both my desktop and my wife's laptop.
Never a failure. Now, if you want to share the error message or error code
you get, someone may be able to suggest a cure for it.

Why did you put both links? I don't really see the point of using TinyURL
for clickables.

Sam, I wasn't positive that the actual URL was clickable. Using TinyURL was
quicker than actually testing it.
