computer and monitor

the other day, i tried to fix my old computer. or some reason, after i took
the omputer apart includng the powe plugin, itthe monito or keyboard doesnt
respond with the computer until its powering up and then it clicks off but
the moitor is still on but it dont show a picture of the computer, maybe i
accidently put the wrong cords in he wrong spots, do u know what i did wrong
and how can i fix it and my old computer also has errors on it like
krnl386.exe and i could log in unless it was in safe mode and then it dot
have an internet connection, it tells me to fix it biyt i dont know how, can
u help me.

If you are as confused as your message indicates:
1. STOP messing with the computer immediately.
2. Take the whole thing to a competent repair shop and ask them to set it
straight.
