Computer doesnt start in normal mode

my computer is not starting in Normal mode I can see all the icons but none
of the keys are working ,to acess my documents I have to switch it off as
Ctrl,alt, del are not working and start in safe mode,Can somebody help me
with this

Sanky - if boot into Safe Mode is OK - but not in normal mode - a driver is
usually at fault. Have you installed'downloaded any programs or utilites?

HAve done sytsem restore still not working last download was for acrobat
reader 8.2

Start it in normal mode, remember the time precisely, shut down, go to safe
mode, go to Event Viewer and post here all error messages related to the
failure to start in regular mode at the time mentioned above.

They CAN'T start it in Safe Mode, BOOFHEAD.
