Four out of four who clicked the ratings button on the communities
interface found your post helpful, but none responded to you. Maybe
they enjoyed reading it or were looking for reasons not to install sp2.
So you got WinErr 019: User error - Not our fault. Is Not! Is Not!
http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article09-118
Try quieting things down - only one anti-virus. Nothing else. Still
freezing? Look for an sp2 update for the AV or try a different AV.
Clean installs take too much time - do it once, get your good AV in,
fully update and image the drive for a bare metal roll back point,
then as aps go in one or two more to make yourself update-proof.
