Can you get the system to boot correctly to Safe Mode???
If so, the chances are that you have a driver problem - post back for
instructions.
If not, then you probably have a slightly corrupt registry - try this
Boot to DOS using an ME (and ONLY an ME!) floppy boot disk (if you don't
have one, then either create one from the Add/Remove Programs|Startup Disk
wizard, or download a WinME OEM boot diskmaker from
www.bootdisk.com, run it
to create the disk, and use that).
Choose either Boot with CD Support or Boot without CD Support - NOT
'Minimal'.
at the a:\> prompt, type the following
SCANREG /FIX
remove the floppy as the machine reboots, and see if that helps.
If not, then post back with details of what happened.
