Computer Goes "to sleep".

My PC has suddenly begun to 'turn itself off' after about an hour. I was
told there is a 'way' to stop it from 'sleeping;. How do I fo that?

I dunno but it most certainly has nothing to do with Windows Update
functionality, Jim.
