Computer keeps installing MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security Update (925672)

I use automatic update to install MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security Update (925672) -
and automatic update installs it again and again and again...

What do I need to do to make it stop doing this? Surely it is installed, I
saw it in Add/Remove programs...

Uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Then download today's released version -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...B-6F18FE6921D4

Save it, do NOT run it. Close the browser and then attempt to install
it. If the installation fails, post back with the KB927978.log that is
located in the WINDOWS directory (folder).
