computer keeps restarting

I installed sp1 on the 20/03 and didn't use the computer till 2 days ago and
now when you click shut down it just keeps restarting- help!

Look at start/.../maintenance/'Problem reports and solutions'
%SystemRoot%\system32\wercon.exe

There may be help with identifying the 'restart on error' your system is
having.
