Hi,
Random freezes with no blue screen are generally an indication of a hardware
issue. I'd start with a memory diagnostic, and then a hardware one. The
first can be done by simply typing "memory diagnostic" into the start/search
line and following the prompts. The latter can be done with a tool from the
drive manufacturer. If both these pass, you might want to do a visual
inspection of the motherboard for swollen or blown capacitors. Beyond that,
you'll need to start swapping in known good parts to isolate the problem,
and my next piece to look at would be the power supply (and if it's bad, it
could have damaged the motherboard in the process).
As a side note, it's not unusual for new hardware to fail in the first 90
days. This is why warranties and RMA's exist. Generally if hardware gets
beyond this point, it'll last for years.
