This computer is not yet reported message in the WSUS 3.0 Console

Hi,
I am using Windpws 2003-Sp2, WSUS 3.0 Sp1 and all my client on the WSUS
console is showing as This Computer is not yet reported status.I have tried
all the steps, renaming the Software distribution folder on client, deleting
the Windows Update SID keys, running the manual update wuauclt /detectnow and
also applied patch on WSUS Server KB954960, still no joy and client fails
with info error code.
