Right click on an open area of the desktop and choose Personalize. Then
choose "display settings."
Depending on your monitor and graphics card, the options may vary from what
I'm seeing. But muck around in there and you should find the correct
setting. "Rotate display" is the option that works for me. I had to go to
"advanced settings" and then click the tab for my graphics card.
As I said, your options may be different.
