After recent automatic update (10th of May) of Windows 2000 professional many
of the settings on my computer have changed. There is a new folder under the
documents and settings folder (called Adminisrator. <computer name>)
Everytime I try to open a MS office document (eg word or excel) file an
error about not finding components comes up. Also - it tries to install the
Office Application like I have never used it before.
Also - the computer will not connect to the internet using IE - it seems to
think that it is not setup. When I do try to do this a message says that I do
not have the permissions to do this.
Any ideas what is going on - and how to fix it?
